Helping Hands Family (HHF) is seeking a Lead Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our Northeast clinic network. You will deliver evidence-based ABA services to children with autism, supervise up to 5 RBTs, and collaborate with Clinical Directors to uphold best practices.

Qualifications

• Active BCBA certification from BACB.
• State licensure where required.
• ABA experience; RBT background a plus for new BCBAs.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality, evidence-based ABA services to children with autism.
• Manageable caseload: Up to 10 clients, 28 billable hours in a 40-hour week.
• Work with children ages 2–18, most under age 6.
• Supervise and develop up to 5 RBTs.
• Conduct assessments, write individualized treatment plans, and monitor client progress.
• Collaborate with Clinical Directors, fellow BCBAs, and Regional Directors of Quality to troubleshoot cases and uphold best practices.
• Maintain ethical documentation and compliance with BACB and state guidelines.

Base Salary Range

$85,000 - $95,000 USD

All offers of employment are contingent upon the successful completion of a comprehensive background check. This includes Social Security and identity verification, reference checks, criminal history check, fingerprint screening, and any other relevant checks to ensure the safety and well‑being of the children we serve.
