Job summary

Infosys Limited in Plano, TX seeks a Package Project Lead 1 to drive enterprise application integration projects, focusing on warehouse management systems and supply chain solutions.

You will coordinate cross-functional teams, align client expectations, and oversee development, integration, and delivery across all project phases to ensure success and value delivery for clients.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent in a related field; or three years of progressive experience in lieu of education.
• Experience in supply chain warehouse management with emphasis on Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).
• Experience in application development and system architecture design; working knowledge of WMS platforms.

Responsibilities

• Develop project timelines and proactively address resource gaps to ensure timely delivery.
• Coordinate between technical teams and client stakeholders through regular meetings, sprints, and phases.
• Support development, integration, and customization phases of enterprise packages per project requirements.
• Monitor deliverables across all phases to meet quality benchmarks and stakeholder expectations.

In the assigned Job Role of Package Project Lead 1, your Area Of Responsibility will be as below:

• Develop project timelines, proactively identify and address resource discrepancies to ensure timely project completion
• Facilitate effective coordination between technical teams and client stakeholders by organizing regular meetings, sprints, and project phases to align expectations and objectives
• Support technical teams in executing development, integration, and customization stages of enterprise application packages, ensuring adherence to project requirements
• Monitor project deliverables across all phases to meet established quality benchmarks and stakeholder expectations

Required Skill and Experience

• Experience in supply chain warehouse management (supply chain and demand chain) with emphasis on Warehouse Management systems.
• Experience in application development and system architecture design; working knowledge of BY WMS

Preferred Skill and Experience

• Experience in working with any other WMS product will be an added advantage.
• Experience in working with onsite-offshore model and successful delivery of outcome with Global team.
• Experience in Strong knowledge of software development lifecycle
• Experience in managing relationships with clients at the senior technical management level.
• Experience in delivering enterprise solution implementations and muti-country rollouts.
• Experience in driving pre-sales process and proposal drafting
• Experience in Warehouse execution systems

Additional Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
• This position may require relocation and/or travel to work/project location.
