New Lead Blood Bank Technologist or Transfusion Services Technologist Opening

Located at an award-winning hospital in Georgia, this large hospital offers over 50 specialties and is a Magnet Designated hospital for nursing excellence worldwide. It is also one of the premier teaching hospitals in the US, offering residency-training programs and advanced training for nursing students.

The hospital is looking to hire a permanent, full-time, experienced Lead/Senior Blood Bank Technologist. This position is available for either first or third shift. Applicants must have a Bachelor's Degree in Medical Technology (or a related field), previous blood banking experience (hospital-based preferred), and certification as a MT, MLS, BB, or SBB by the Board of Registry of ASCP. An MS Degree and SBB certification are preferred.
