Amgen seeks a Biostatistical Programming Manager in Thousand Oaks to lead an FSP-based team supporting CfOR’s Data & Analytic Center. You will set goals with epidemiologists, coordinate with contract programmers, and drive efficiency and quality in biomedical data analyses.

The role requires advanced SAS/R/SQL skills, 5+ years SAS programming, and experience with real-world healthcare data. A PhD or Master’s with expertise is preferred, with strong leadership abilities and collaboration across

• Doctorate or Master’s with relevant experience.
• Bachelor’s with 4+ years experience in the field.
• Advanced degree in Epidemiology, Biostatistics, or related field is preferred.

Mansioni

• Lead an FSP-based programming team conducting analyses for CfOR’s Data & Analytic Center.
• Coordinate with leads to prioritize and manage workflow.
• Identify efficiency improvements and propose solutions.
