Job Title: HR and Talent Operations Specialist @ Integrated Medical Systems

Integrated Medical Systems, Inc., with ten warehouse & biomed facilities, is one of the nation’s largest privately owned medical supply distributors within the alternative site market.

IMS is seeking a biomedical technician capable of performing preventive maintenance and repairs on various biomedical equipment. Candidates should have at least three years of experience in the electronic/medical device field, with a strong technical background and repair skills. Familiarity with wiring schematics, soldering/desoldering, troubleshooting, and operation of biomedical equipment is essential. The role also involves participating in business growth and productivity initiatives.

Responsibilities:

1. Checking-in and staging medical devices.
2. Data documentation and record-keeping.
3. Cleaning and sanitizing medical devices.
4. Performing testing and preventive maintenance per manufacturer’s specifications.
5. Diagnosing and repairing biomedical equipment.
6. Assisting in packing and shipping medical devices.
7. Identifying personal training needs.
8. Maintaining a clean and organized workstation and ensuring a safe service environment.
9. Ensuring accurate database entry and reporting.
10. Applying basic electrical troubleshooting and soldering skills.
