MESO SCALE DIAGNOSTICS, LLC. is seeking a Bioanalytical Associate Scientist to independently execute high-throughput assays and support method validation projects.

The role involves leading analysts, training staff, and ensuring GDP/GLP/GCLP compliance while maintaining high-quality data for bioanalytical studies. The successful candidate will have a strong background in ligand-binding assays, immunoassays, and MSD platform experience, with 4+ years in a related setting and BSL-2 training.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in biology, chemistry, or related discipline; Master’s preferred.
• Minimum 4 years of hands-on work in biological sample testing or reagent/assay development; academic setting considered.
• Experience with immunoassays/ligand-binding assays and MSD platform preferred.
• BSL-2 techniques training and GLP/GCLP experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Independently execute samples analysis in consultation with the BPI.
• Independently execute method validation assays in consultation with the BPI.
• Lead analyst in multi-panel testing, overseeing junior analysts.
• Train and mentor other lab staff on assay execution and GDP/GLP/GCLP practices.
• Perform data analysis and review to ensure GDP compliance.
