Job summary

The Richmond Group USA is seeking a Scientist/Senior Scientist, Bioanalytical (LBA) to serve as the SME for Ligand Binding Assay in a GLP-regulated environment, driving development, validation, and application of assays.

Qualifications

• BS/MS with 5+ years of industry experience in ELISA, MSD, Gyrolab, PK, ADA, NAb, and/or biomarker assay development and validation.
• Proven ability to independently develop GLP assays from scratch, including experimental design, optimization, troubleshooting, validation, sample analysis, and application of ICH M10, FDA bioanalytical guidance, and GLP requirements.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently, lead scientific projects, and effectively communicate technical results.

Responsibilities

• Lead GLP bioanalytical assay development projects from design to data interpretation.
• Develop and validate assays compliant with ICH M10 and FDA bioanalytical guidance in a GLP environment.
• Mentor junior scientists and collaborate with cross-functional teams to advance bioanalytical capabilities.
