Job summary

Bechtel Corporation is seeking a BIM Coordinator in Chandler, AZ to lead day-to-day BIM coordination, ensure model health, and support multi-discipline collaboration for a semiconductor fabrication project with Intel.

You will manage Revit workflows, develop families and templates, and mentor BIM Specialists while coordinating with IT and project teams to maintain high standards and timely deliverables.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in BIM, Revit, digital delivery, design, engineering, or construction technology with lead-level coordination responsibilities.
• Advanced knowledge of Autodesk Revit including worksharing, templates and families.
• Hands-on experience with BIM 360 or Autodesk Construction Cloud administration and collaboration workflows.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily BIM activities for an assigned discipline or multi-discipline project scope.
• Provide technical direction and support to Revit users, troubleshoot issues, and maintain content.
• Develop and maintain Revit families, templates, shared parameters, schedules, and project BIM resources.
• Coordinate with IT and software support for BIM tools and cloud environments; ensure standards and workflows are followed.
• Mentor BIM Specialists on standards, workflows, and quality expectations.
