The CCM / Export SME is responsible for ensuring the delivery and commercial risks are understood with specific responsibility for assessment and management of export compliance.
The role provides expert input to bids and delivery on export risks, export licensing requirements and compliance management. The SME will manage all ERD UK licences and be accountable for reporting and audit against these licence. The post holder will also provide general commercial guidance to bids and delivered projects on broader contractual issues and commercial risks resulting from framework terms and provide guidance on developing SoWs.
