Job summary

Heartland Coca-Cola Bottling Company, LLC in Charleston, SC is seeking a Technician Lead Tech Svcs to professionally diagnose and repair fountains, vendors, coolers, and other beverage dispensing equipment to customers’ satisfaction, manage tools and parts, and maintain records.

You will support the EQS team, cover for installations as needed, lead special projects, ensure safety, and deliver great customer service with CCC/CCNA/ERS equipment.

Qualifications

• Must be able to lift up to 100 pounds.
• Drive and ride for long periods between customer sites.
• Use refrigeration tools, refrigeration scales, electrical and cordless tools.
• Operate vehicle and hand trucks, forklifts, pallet jacks and related equipment.
• Experience in electrical and/or refrigeration field is required.
• Experience in a leadership role is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair fountains, vendors, coolers, and other beverage dispensing equipment to customers’ satisfaction.
• Assist Territory Manager with parts inventories and visiting customers.
• Complete required training with CCC, CCNA, and ERS equipment.
• Lead special projects as assigned.
• Ensure safety training and DOT inspections are completed.
• Maintain accurate delivery, removal, and movement records.
