Responsibilities
  • Analyze and develop policies and benefit plans for group life, health insurance, and retirement plans
  • Maintain data integrity for third-party benefits administration systems including audits and testing
  • Lead annual open enrollment planning and execution, including employee communications and vendor coordination
  • Manage leave of absence programs, ensuring compliance with ADA and FMLA regulations
  • Provide routine and ad hoc reporting and analysis related to employee benefits
Qualifications
  • Minimum of 7+ years of relevant experience in employee benefits
  • High school diploma or equivalent required, bachelor's degree preferred
  • Proficient in Word, Excel, Access, and HRIS systems
  • Understanding of federal and state laws related to employee benefits
  • Hands-on experience with leave of absence management

  • Experience leading open enrollment processes
  • Knowledge of standard benefit concepts and practices
  • Familiarity with JDE Payroll and benefits administration systems
