Responsibilities
- Analyze and develop policies and benefit plans for group life, health insurance, and retirement plans
- Maintain data integrity for third-party benefits administration systems including audits and testing
- Lead annual open enrollment planning and execution, including employee communications and vendor coordination
- Manage leave of absence programs, ensuring compliance with ADA and FMLA regulations
- Provide routine and ad hoc reporting and analysis related to employee benefits
Qualifications
- Minimum of 7+ years of relevant experience in employee benefits
- High school diploma or equivalent required, bachelor's degree preferred
- Proficient in Word, Excel, Access, and HRIS systems
- Understanding of federal and state laws related to employee benefits
- Hands-on experience with leave of absence management
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience leading open enrollment processes
- Knowledge of standard benefit concepts and practices
- Familiarity with JDE Payroll and benefits administration systems
