Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 2+ years of relevant work experience.
• Experience leading Behavioral Health Technicians preferred.
• Must be 21+ to operate company vehicle; 23+ to drive 15-passenger van.
• Valid driver's license with acceptable record.

Responsibilities

You will provide guidance and support to Behavioral Health Technicians on your shift while collaborating closely with the treatment team to ensure high‐quality care and continuity.
