This includes monitoring daily activities, intervening/responding to crises, facilitating group education and structured activities, and transporting clients as needed. Behavioral Health Technicians are responsible for understanding the client's/patient's treatment plan, documenting their behaviors, and providing a safe, therapeutic, and supportive environment.**Key Responsibilities:*** **Active Participation:** Participate as an integral member of the treatment team, assisting in identifying client strengths, needs, abilities, and preferences.
