The role blends hands‑on client care with leadership, including training, staff scheduling, and collaboration with the Clinical Team to ensure high standards of safety and therapeutic support for adults in housing services.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology or a closely related field OR High School Diploma/GED with a minimum of two years in human services or related work.
  • Experience in behavioral health, mental health, or substance use treatment is preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and support Behavioral Health Technicians on shift with real‑time coaching.
  • Supervise daily client activities in a safe, therapeutic setting.
  • Model professional conduct and trauma‑informed care practices.
  • De‑escalate crisis situations with approved behavioral management techniques under leadership guidance.
  • Facilitate education, skill-building, and recreational groups as scheduled.
  • Assist with training, onboarding, and supervision of Technicians.
