Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• At least two years’ experience in inpatient psychiatry preferred.
• Strong reading, writing and instruction-following abilities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and support unit rules compliance.
• Apply de-escalation and therapeutic interventions as needed.
• Oversee safety checks and patient environment management.
• Provide feedback, train and precept new staff.
