Job summary

Unity Health in Searcy, AR seeks a Clinical Supervisor of Outpatient Behavioral Health Services to support the Director and Office Manager in sustaining operations with a focus on clinical excellence and growth of the service line.

Responsibilities include clinical oversight for high quality treatment, advancing an Interdisciplinary Team model, community relations, strategic planning, fiscal accountability, and performance monitoring of outcomes and patient satisfaction; may supervise a caseload.

Qualifications

• 2-5 years of clinical experience with leadership abilities and good communication skills.
• Master's degree in behavioral science; licensed to practice in Arkansas encouraged.
• Certification in specialty desirable.

Responsibilities

• Clinical oversight of the development and maintenance of high quality treatment services.
• Assisting in the development and operationalization of the Interdisciplinary Team concept
• Assist in community relations and referral activities.
• Assist with strategic planning and development.
• Assist with fiscal responsibility.
• Monitor services performance improvement, quality, outcomes, and satisfaction.
• May maintain a caseload in conjunction with clinical leadership responsibilities.
