The Missouri Department of Mental Health is seeking a Registered Nurse/Senior RN for the Center for Behavioral Medicine in Kansas City. This role involves leading a nursing team on a 25-bed forensic unit, implementing care plans, and coordinating interdisciplinary treatment efforts.

Candidates should hold an RN license with related inpatient experience and demonstrate leadership and collaboration with residents and staff.

Formación

• Master's degree in Nursing from an accredited college or university with one year of RN experience.
• Bachelor's degree in Nursing from an accredited college or university with two years of RN experience.
• Associate's degree in Nursing from an accredited college or university or a Diploma in Nursing with three years of RN experience.

Responsabilidades

• Provide nursing services for a 25 bed forensic inpatient unit.
• Assign, supervise, and evaluate the work of nursing staff and other care staff.
• Serve as nursing team leader and implement the nursing care plan for assigned clients.
