Qualifications

• Ability to document thoroughly for federal, state, and local agencies per DYS policy.

Responsibilities

• Oversee behavioral healthcare functions within the facility.
• Provide social work services, including assessments, treatment planning, and individual/group/family interventions.
• Coordinate discharge and aftercare planning and liaise with families, parole officers, schools, and community services.
