Qualifications

• Master’s Degree in chemical dependency, psychology, social work, or counseling required.
• Master’s level licensure in a related field (e.g., CAADC, LMFT, LCSW, LPC) or active pursuit thereof.
• Bachelor’s degree with CADC or actively pursuing CADC, with minimum one year of qualifying clinical experience.
• Associate degree with CAAC or pursuing CAAC, with minimum two years of qualifying clinical experience.
• High School Diploma or equivalent with CAAC.
• Current RN licensure and a degree from an accredited school of nursing with one year of qualifying clinical experience.

Responsibilities

• Facilitates group therapy and prepares materials as needed.
• Carry a limited caseload as required.
• Coordinate with referral sources and company reps to strengthen relationships.
• Coordinate care with internal treatment providers regarding evaluation/medication management.
• Manage client files with scheduled audits to ensure licensing compliance.
• Facilitate weekly treatment team meetings and assist with scheduling.
• Conduct insurance reviews and assessments.
• Assist with intake of new clients into the program.
