Job summary

I Am Boundless is seeking a Behavior Specialist to supervise Behavior Technicians and oversee ABA programs for individuals and families in the Ohio area. The role includes training staff, conducting assessments, and developing Behavior Support Plans to promote functional skills and reduce challenging behaviors.

The candidate will collaborate with clinicians, educators, and caregivers, ensuring accurate data collection, documentation, and regulatory compliance across programs.

Qualifications

• Master’s Degree in ABA, psychology, social work, education, or related field.
• BCBA certification required or expected within agreed timeframe.
• 3–5 years’ experience supervising ABA educational/behavioral programming.
• Strong data collection and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervise Behavior Technicians and oversee programming.
• Develop and deliver ABA training using discrete trial and natural environment teaching.
• Provide parent training on ABA principles.
• Conduct Functional Behavioral Assessments.
• Develop Behavior Support Plans focusing on functional replacement behaviors.
• Maintain ongoing data collection and analyze data to guide programming.
• Monitor progress and adjust plans as needed.
• Coordinate with clinicians and therapists to set individualized goals.
• Ensure compliance with contracts, private insurance, Medicaid, and local requirements.
