Job summary

CosmoProf Beauty in Pleasant Grove is seeking a Store Manager to lead a busy beauty-supply location and coach a dynamic team to deliver an exceptional customer experience. You will drive sales, manage budget and inventory, and ensure safety and policy compliance while maintaining a welcoming store appearance.

A minimum of 3 years in customer service/retail and 1 year in sales leadership is required; cosmetology license is a plus.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in customer service/retail sales
• 1 year of sales management experience
• Cosmetology license aPlus but not required
• Self-starter with ability to educate staff and customers
• Must be 18+ and passionate about hair and beauty
