Qualifications

• Master’s degree in ABA, Special Education, Psychology, or a related field is required.
• Valid BCBA certification and licensure in applicable states is required.

Responsibilities

• Conduct behavioral assessments for each child.
• Develop individualized intervention plans tailored to each learner's needs.
• Mentor RBTs, Fellows, and newly certified BCBAs in their professional development.
