Qualifications

• 1+ years of professional experience as a BCBA working with clients with autism spectrum disorders.
• Fluent in conducting various assessments like ABLLS, VB-MAPP, and others.
• Knowledge of HIPAA practices and adherence to policies.

Responsibilities

• Conduct behavior assessments and develop individualized intervention plans.
• Support new hire orientation and mentorship of new BCBAs.
• Conduct community training programs and complete ongoing training requirements.
