Key Essentials to Behavior Management Corp is hiring a BCBA for clinical & methodology leadership across Southern California locations. You’ll manage caseloads with clinical authority, mentor BCaBAs and Supervisors, and contribute to the S.O.C.I.A.L. P.O.D.S.

framework while delivering specialized interventions. You’ll collaborate with families, schools, and external partners, shaping care with clinical strategy and quality improvement.

Qualifications

• Active BCBA certification with BACB in good standing.
• CA licensure as required; GA licensure if applicable.
• 2+ years post-certification experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own clinical caseload with full authority: FBAs, treatment plans, and progress evaluation.
• Supervise BCaBAs and Program Supervisors with BACB-compliant supervision.
• Contribute to S.O.C.I.A.L. P.O.D.S. methodology evolution and protocol updates.
• Deliver direct clinical services on complex cases and coordinate with families and schools.
