Job summary

Autism Spectrum Therapies (autismtherapies.com) is seeking a Managing Behavior Analyst to lead a team of 2–4 Masters-level Supervisors and oversee 15–25 Behavior Technicians. This leadership position offers a competitive base salary, benefits, and potential annual incentive, along with ongoing CEUs, clinical forums, and research participation within a national network of over 450 BCBAs.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a BCBA working with children with autism.
• Supervision fluency and ability to monitor clinical team performance.
• Experience with multiple funding sources and report templates (Regional Center, Insurance, School Districts).
• Timely submission of reports and maintaining high quality review scores.
• Experience with Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs).
• Ability to navigate challenging situations with families, funding sources or staff.

• Provide oversight and field supervision for your team’s clients.
• Mentor and coach future behavior analysts.
