Job summary

Autism Spectrum Therapies (autismtherapies.com) is seeking a Managing Behavior Analyst to lead a team of 2–4 Masters-level Supervisors and oversee 15–25 Behavior Technicians. Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years of experience as a BCBA working with children with autism.
  • Supervision fluency and ability to monitor clinical team performance.
  • Experience with multiple funding sources and report templates (Regional Center, Insurance, School Districts).
  • Timely submission of reports and maintaining high quality review scores.
  • Experience with Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs).
  • Ability to navigate challenging situations with families, funding sources or staff.

As a Managing Behavior Analyst, you will manage a team of 2 to 4 Master’s-level Supervisors and oversee a team of 15 to 25 Behavior Technicians. As a Managing Behavior Analyst, you will:

Qualifications
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst working with children with autism
  • Supervision fluency, including performance monitoring of clinical team and consistent utilization of a system to monitor client progress during field supervision
  • Fluency/independence in navigating challenging situation with families, funding sources or staff
  • Experience with multiple funding sources andreport templates:
    • Regional Center
    • Insurance
    • School Districts
  • Timely submission of reports
  • Currently on independentsubmission of reports or average quality review score of 90% or above
  • Experience with Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs)
  • Understanding of pre-requisite skills across domains, goal progression and how to address programming related issues
  • Fluency in reviewing client\'s authorizedhours and supporting the maximization of hours for a caseload.
  • Independence in creating fade out plans that are derivedfrom caregiver input, client and caregiver progress on goals and assessment results
