Job summary

ENC ABA is seeking a full-time Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to work on-site in Morehead City, NC, with opportunities in Hubert and Bayboro. The BCBA will assess clients, design and oversee individualized ABA plans, supervise technicians, collect data, and adjust plans based on progress and clinical judgment.

Qualifications

• Strong foundation in Behavior Analysis and ABA with ability to design and implement interventions.
• Experience in parent education and caregiver training, coaching families to generalize skills.
• Current BCBA certification, NC LBA, and compliance with BACB ethical guidelines.
• Relevant master’s degree in related field.
• Clinical experience with autistic individuals or developmental differences.
• Clear, professional communication and collaboration with families and colleagues.
• On-site work in Morehead City, Hubert, or Bayboro, with reliable transportation.
