Job summary

EARLY AUTISM SERVICES LLC seeks a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our Montgomery, AL team on a full-time basis. You will expand our center and home-based ABA therapy services, supervise therapy teams, and drive data-driven treatment plans for children with autism.

We offer a compensation package up to $101,000 annually (with bonuses), relocation assistance, PTO, holidays, a 401(k) match, and ongoing professional development through a rich CEU library and university partnership

Qualifications

• BCBA certification and license as required in state of practice.
• 1 year of experience with children with autism.
• 1 year of Applied Behavior Analysis experience.
• Prior BCBA leadership experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead ABA therapy services for center and home-based programs.
• Supervise therapy teams and supervise data-driven treatment.
• Collaborate with clinical directors to optimize care.

Salary Range: $75,000.00 To $101,000.00 Annually

BCBA Requirements:

• A BCBA certificate & license (if required in the state of practice)

BCBA Required experience:

• Working with children with autism: 1 year
• Applied Behavior Analysis: 1 year
• Prior BCBA experience
