Job summary

Caravel Autism Health is seeking a BCBA to lead evidence-based treatment planning and mentorship for BTs and RBTs in a collaborative clinical environment.

You will supervise teams, partner with families, and use data to center decisions on each child’s progress, while advancing clinical leadership and mentorship opportunities.

Qualifications

• Active BCBA certification required.
• Master's degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or related field.
• Strong clinical judgment and communication that builds trust.
