Job summary

Caravel Autism Health is seeking a BCBA clinician to lead evidence-based treatment planning and supervision for a diverse caseload in Minnesota. You will mentor BTs and RBTs, collaborate with families, and ensure data-driven decisions that keep the child at the center of care.

Qualifications

  • Active BCBA certification.
  • Master’s degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or related field.
  • Strong clinical judgment and trust-building communication.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and oversee individualized, evidence-based treatment plans.
  • Supervise and mentor BTs and RBTs, and nurture future leaders.
  • Partner closely with families and Caravel teams.
  • Let data guide decisions with the child at the center.
