Qualifications

• BCaBA certification required.
• Clinical expertise in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA).
• Ability to lead a team of behavior technicians.
• Ability to build individualized intervention plans.
• Ability to work with families and physicians to deliver tailored ABA therapy.
• Must practice ethically and exercise clinical judgment.
