Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking a qualified BCaBA-certified professional to lead cross-functional teams in support of comprehensive treatment plans. You will administer standardized assessments, set goals, and implement treatment guided by Functional Behavior Assessments, Behavior Support Plans, and related strategies.

• BCaBA Certification required or eligible within 3 months.
• Meets BACB Supervisor Requirements as per BACB standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional teams to support client treatment plans.
• Administer assessments (e.g., ABLS-RR, AFLS) and create goals.
• Implement treatment based on goals including FBA and Behavior Support Plans.
• Supervise RBTs and provide ongoing feedback and credential maintenance.
• Provide training and education to staff, caregivers, and stakeholders.
• Participate in treatment and staff meetings and professional development.
