Responsibilities

• Responsible for rework activities of rejected battery assemblies from the production line and either reintroducing or scrapping components.
• Support the development, implementation and optimization of battery assembly rework processes and procedures.
• Trouble shoot and validate root cause analysis of failures.
• Improve production technologies to prevent re-occuring failures in terms of quality, cost and robustness.
• Validate machines, tools and processes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate new technologies into existing production systems.
• Support production or production departments (hand-over, training, trouble-shooting).
