Job summary

Qualifications
- PhD or MS with 10+ years in battery or electrochemical engineering.
- Hands-on lab experience balancing safety, timelines, and quality in prototyping.
- Experience leading technical teams through RCAs and data analysis.
- Experience with battery/cell state estimation, signal processing, or sensor integration into production systems.
Responsibilities
- Develop electrochemical signal strategy and roadmap for cell state determination.
- Own cost analysis of sensor inclusion and performance optimization.
- Establish prototype testing capabilities for electrochemical sensors at the Berkeley facility.
- Lead RCAs on product-level electrochemical phenomena and define deployment frameworks.
