Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in bathroom remodeling with proven tile, plumbing, and electrical skills.
• Proficiency with job management software, mobile apps, and digital documentation.
• Knowledge of building codes, ADA requirements, waterproofing and ventilation.

Responsibilities

• Oversee bathroom remodels from demolition to finishes, including tile and fixture installation.
• Lead and supervise on-site assistants or subcontractors.
• Coordinate with Project Manager on progress and next steps; maintain safety and cleanliness.
