Job summary

Dolese Bros Co is seeking a concrete batching/plant supervisor who will oversee daily operations, ensuring timely batching of ready mix concrete and compliance with safety, environmental, and quality standards. The role requires supervising plant staff, managing inventory, and coordinating deliveries.

The candidate will work with drivers and loaders, maintain records, and uphold company policies while ensuring reliable production and customer service at the Stillwater plant.

Qualifications

• Must have completed the Batchman II Career Path competencies and approved by a supervisor.
• Minimum Class B CDL with air brakes.
• Truck driving experience and good safety records.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to read, write and perform basic math; maintain maintenance records.
• Willingness to work nights, overtime and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Batch concrete promptly per job and ASTM specs.
• Oversee daily plant operations including production, inventory and safety.
• Schedule deliveries and manage inventories of aggregates, cement, admixtures, fuels and warehouse products.
• Maintain reports such as petty cash and environmental reports.
• Ensure a safe workplace and regulatory compliance.
• Manage plant equipment and yard conditions; supervise drivers and laborers.
• Ensure attendance and proper coordination among staff.
