Job summary

Southwest Electrical Contracting Services is seeking a BAS Installer Lead IV to head a team of BAS installers in West Palm Beach, FL, overseeing installation and commissioning of building automation systems for commercial/industrial sites. You will guide junior installers, ensure safety compliance, and maintain high-quality workmanship on projects up to $200k.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 10 years of experience installing BAS systems.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience supervising the installation of BAS systems.
• Experience verifying plant-level BAS systems hardware.

Responsibilities

• Lead BAS installations for floor-level, mechanical room–level, and plant-level systems.
• Plan, coordinate, and line out BAS installations at all system levels.
• Supervise crews to complete projects up to $200k.
• Ensure compliance with SWECS standards, safety regulations, and project requirements.
