Join our team as a Lead BAS/HVAC Controls Service Technician and relocate to Tampa, FL, with our assistance!

Job Details

This role offers a salary range of $90,000 to $120,000 annually, depending on experience. You will be responsible for conducting preventive maintenance, repairs, installations, and commissioning of building automation systems with minimal supervision. Tasks include troubleshooting HVAC mechanical, electrical, and control issues, performing point-to-point checkouts, and completing project documentation.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in building automation (BAS/BMS) or commercial HVAC controls
• Willingness to work in the field at client sites approximately 80% of the time
• Familiarity with systems such as Johnson Controls, Siemens, Schneider Electric, ALC, Delta Controls, Distech, Honeywell, or others

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Tridium Niagara
• Knowledge of Johnson Controls Metasys
