Job summary

Ambient Enterprises seeks a Building Automation Systems Technician to test and commission BAS and provide service across Delaware, Camden NJ and Philadelphia area.

You will lead field startup activities, review project docs, coordinate with site teams, perform pre-power inspections, configure controllers, and document results and punch lists. A strong HVAC/control background and clean driving record are required.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of startup/servicing HVAC and Controls systems experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication.
• Ability to coordinate field work across multiple job sites.

Responsibilities

• Lead field startup/commissioning of Building Automation Systems (BAS).
• Review project documentation and plans.
• Coordinate with site teams to ensure readiness for startup.
• Perform pre-power inspections and configure BAS controllers.
