Job summary

A leading building automation provider in Providence, RI is seeking a lead-level service systems specialist/technician to conduct preventive maintenance, repairs, and installations of BAS/BMS systems. Candidates should have over 3 years of relevant experience and a strong focus on HVAC systems. Qualifications

• 3+ years of building automation or commercial HVAC controls experience.
• Willingness to be in the field locally at client sites roughly 80% of the time.

Responsibilities

• Conduct preventive maintenance, repairs, installations, and commissioning of BAS/BMS.
• Perform point-to-point checkouts and troubleshoot HVAC mechanical, electrical, and control issues.
• Complete project documentation and reporting with accuracy.
