You’ll manage staff, uphold quality standards, and drive revenue—all while working hands-on behind the bar.

Responsibilities

  1. Supervisory Duties:
  • Act as the shift lead for FOH staff (servers, bartenders, support), delegating tasks and ensuring smooth operations.
  • Train and mentor bartenders/servers on cocktails, service standards, and POS systems.
  • Monitor guest satisfaction, resolve complaints, and escalate issues to management when needed.
  • Enforce health/safety protocols, alcohol compliance (checking IDs), and inventory controls.
  • Oversee opening/closing procedures, including cash handling, tip-outs, and shift reports.
  • Bartending Duties:
    • Craft elevated cocktails with precision, following recipes and innovating seasonal offerings.
    • Maintain bar cleanliness, stock levels, and prep (syrups, infusions, batching).
    • Provide engaging service, guide guests through beverage menus, and process payments.
    • Collaborate with management on inventory orders, menu updates, and staff scheduling.

    Qualifications

    • 3+ years bartending in a high-volume craft cocktail environment.
    • 1+ year supervisory experience (e.g., bar lead, FOH manager, or shift runner).
    • TIPS Certified and deep knowledge of alcohol laws/regulations.
    • Proficiency in POS systems (Toast, Aloha, etc.) and bar management tools.
    • Ability to multitask, problem-solve, and lead under pressure.
    • Flexible schedule—must work AM/PM shifts, weekends, and holidays.

    Preferred Skills

    • Experience with inventory software and scheduling tools.
    • Passion for mixology trends and beverage program development.
    • Strong financial acumen (labor costs, sales targets, waste reduction).

    Perks

    • Competitive wage + tip potential.
    • Career growth opportunities in beverage program management.
    • Collaborative, team-driven environment.

    Pay Rate: $17/hr
