HighSide Brewing FOH is seeking a Lead Bartender/Shift Lead to drive exceptional guest experiences and lead daily bar operations in a fast-paced setting. You will be responsible for pouring quality drinks, sharing knowledge about craft beers, and guiding teammates during shifts.

The role emphasizes leadership, strong customer service, and the ability to manage inventory and bar cleanliness while collaborating with management to achieve team goals.

Formación

• At least 1 year of bartending or similar experience.
• Strong leadership skills to motivate and guide a team.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Knowledge of craft beer or a willingness to learn quickly.
• Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Availability for part-time or full-time hours, depending on mutual fit.
