About the Role

The ideal candidate should have a proven track record in winning awards for mixology and be eager to craft innovative cocktails using fresh, seasonal ingredients.

Responsibilities

1. Lead and train the bar team to implement standard operating procedures (SOPs).
2. Manage bar inventory and forecast demand for menu items.
3. Create detailed nightly reports on staff performance, clientele incidences, and maintenance issues.
4. Deliver excellent customer service and ensure a lively, welcoming atmosphere.

Qualifications

1. Minimum 1 year of experience in Food & Beverage, particularly in beverage operations.
2. Post-secondary diploma or degree is a plus.
3. Strong team player with attention to detail and a hardworking attitude.
4. Flexible schedule including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
