B.F. Saul Company Hospitality Group is seeking a Lead Bartender for its Japanese style Speakeasy located in The Watermark Hotel in Tysons Corner, VA. The role involves preparing and serving beverages to guests while ensuring exceptional service and compliance with health regulations.

As part of a dynamic team, you will be responsible for maintaining the bar inventory, supervising staff, and creating an inviting atmosphere. The position requires strong customer service skills and 2 years of experience in a similar role.

Qualifications

• 2 years’ experience in a similar position dealing with the public.
• Ability to perform job functions with attention to detail, speed and accuracy.
• Work cohesively with co-workers as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve beverages to guests in a friendly and professional manner.
• Maintain alcohol inventory and assist MOD with weekly schedules.
