The Lead Bartender is a hands-on service leader responsible for executing elevated cocktail service, supporting daily bar operations, and maintaining consistency in quality, presentation, and guest experience.

Requirements/Responsibilities
Minimum Qualifications (Non-Negotiable)- 3+ years bartending experience in a high-volume environment- Strong knowledge of spirits, cocktails, wine, and beer- Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced setting- Proven ability to maintain high service standards- Availability for nights, weekends, and holidaysCore Responsibilities- Execute cocktail preparation with precision, consistency, and speed- Deliver exceptional guest service and bar engagement- Assist with weekly inventory counts and stock organization- Maintain bar setup, cleanliness, and operational readiness- Communicate supply needs and assist with bar standards orders- Support training of new bartenders and uphold service standards- Ensure compliance with safety and sanitation guidelinesWho We’re Looking For- A bartender who leads by example behind the bar- Someone who thrives in high-energy environments- A team player with strong attention to detail- A hospitality-driven professional focused on guest experience
