Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years bartending experience; lead/supervisory preferred.
• Strong knowledge of spirits, wine, beer and mixology.
• Proven leadership, team-building and guest-service skills.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced resort setting.
• Must meet Florida alcohol service age requirements; certifications preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve beverages per resort standards.
• Provide warm, professional guest service and engagement.
• Lead daily bar operations; assist opening/closing procedures.
• Train and mentor bartending staff; support bar team.
• Ensure ABC compliance, health rules, and resort policies.
• Maintain bar cleanliness, organization, and sanitation.
• Monitor product quality and presentation; manage inventory.
• Handle cash, cards, and POS accurately.
• Create seasonal cocktails and beverage promotions.
• Coordinate with kitchen/management/service for seamless ops.
• Address guest concerns promptly and professionally.
• Foster a positive, team-oriented work environment.
• Support events and private club activities as needed.
