Job summary

Hotel Drover, an Autograph Collection property in Fort Worth, TX, seeks a Lead Bartender who embodies our Texas hospitality and Legendary Service. You will be on-floor during service, overseeing beverage execution and coaching teammates.

Responsibilities include inventory management, menu development, training, and ensuring brand standards and responsible alcohol service (TABC). Flexible evenings and weekends required; banquet and hotel experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Flexible schedule — evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Minimum 2 years of bartending experience; banquet/hotel preferred.
• Strong knowledge of spirits, cocktails, wine, beer and non-alcoholic drinks.
• Demonstrated leadership, training, and organizational skills.
• Clear, professional, respectful communication.
• Ability to obtain Food Handlers and TABC Certification.

Responsibilities

• Assist with beverage inventory management, ordering and cost control.
• Train bartenders on brand standards, policies, beverage prep and guest service.
• Lead and supervise banquet bartenders during events.
• Develop and maintain beverage menus; ensure alignment with events and brand.
• Maintain professional service and adherence to safety and service standards.
• Review event orders to forecast beverage inventory needs.
