• Experience supervising bartenders or lead staff.
• Proficient in classic cocktails and beverage preparation.
• Knowledge of beverage inventory management and cost controls.
• Excellent guest service and communication skills.
• Ability to train staff and supervise daily bar operations.
• Strong cash handling and POS accuracy.
• Must comply with local alcohol laws and safety policies.
