Job summary

Savage Pizza in Norcross, GA is seeking a Lead Bartender to bring our bar experience to life with friendly service and well-crafted drinks. You’ll work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment where each interaction helps guests learn and connect.

Responsibilities include preparing cocktails and non-alcoholic drinks, building rapport with guests and staff, checking IDs, restocking, and keeping the bar clean and organized. Competitive pay includes tips and opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of restaurant experience in a full service restaurant.
• At least 2 years of bartending in a full service restaurant.
• Resume and proven working experience as a bartender.
• Excellent knowledge of mixing, garnishing and serving drinks.
• Computer literacy.
• Positive attitude and excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide personable, professional, and upbeat customer service.
• Prepare alcohol or non-alcohol beverages for bar and restaurant patrons.
• Establish rapport with customers, co-workers, and management.
• Interact with customers, take orders and serve from the dining menu.
• Be aware of surroundings and assess customer needs.
• Recommend offerings to guests, encouraging new and returning customers to try offerings.
• Keep bar and restaurant clean, organized and presentable at all times.
• Prep and mix ingredients to prepare craft cocktails and garnishes.
• Check IDs and confirm legal drinking age.
• Restock and replenished bar inventory and supplies.
• Complete regularly scheduled cleaning.
• Stay guest and culture focused, nurturing an excellent guest experience.
• Comply with all food and beverage regulations.
