Responsibilities

• Greet customers with fast, friendly, personalized service and build rapport
• Maintain high quality, consistent beverage standards and a clean, stocked coffee bar
• Train new barista hires and keep FOH staff informed of drink specials and changes
• Place beverage orders weekly with vendors and track sales/inventory pars
• Keep equipment operating and manage inventory of nitrogen gas tanks
• Uphold store image with clean appearance and health & safety compliance
